Great food, odd atmosphere, slightly abrasive service and the lemon drop we ordered was missing sweetner

Sunday’s has one of the best chcken fried steaks I’ve ever had. It’s a nice restaurant. We just went at a bad time. Some young folks came and sat right by us. They were loud and annoying. I don’t hold that against the restaurant though.

Quaint and delightful. The BLT is huge and delicious. The Sundae’s are mouthwatering and big enough to share😋

The most delicious beignets ever! Soft and warm on the inside. Sunday burger, soup trio and pastrami sandwich were all tasty. Summer salad was fresh. Monster milkshake was soooo good!

We stopped in while waiting for the rain to stop on ArtWalk Saturday. The fried pickles and fried cheese sticks are perfect. And now we are having the banana split. Thank you Jessica for the great service!!

This was a fun restaurant to visit. They have so many desert options and the diner aesthetic was very cute! This would be a great place to visit with family and friends. I will definitely come again.

I picked up to go tonight after calling in. While I was expecting a little of downtown overpricing because that is what tends to happen, I still wanted to give them a chance. I will say if you are getting a sundae, which is not cheap, at least it’s still a pretty good size, although still for that price I find the ice cream is better at other places in town for a lower price and the brownies at the bottom were hard. As far as the shake goes, I HIGHLY regret not asking what size it was over the phone because while the shake tasted good, the shake for $10 was the size of a small cup……the cups thrown at Mardi Gras are larger……the shake is half the size of a large at a very well known local 80+ year old ice cream place a few blocks away but costs $3 more!!! I bit my tounge when I was handed that tiny cup for my shake because I was not going to be like that with people waiting behind me at the pickup window! Then there was the food……the fries were underwhelming and while we were told on the phone the order of fries was large enough for three, it’s a stretch saying it was enough for two, just have a better idea of the product you are being asked about. The taste of the burgers were okay, but definitely nothing special about them because burgers were underwhelming. The size of the patties were very inconsistent, 3 burgers, three sizes of patties, none reached to the edge of the buns (one of them covered barely more than half the bottom bun…maybe 2/3) and the largest patty was on the kids burger.I want local places to succeed, so I was extremely disappointed in the prices for what we got in return, the underwhelming quality for the price and the inconsistency of the food. I am for second chances, but sometimes bad first impressions will destroy that opportunity and I don’t see us going back. Not worth the $55 we spent!

Very cool place to go. Vintage Inspired. Service was nice. You go in, get a menu, find a seat, and go up when you are ready to oder. We only got ice creams and coffees, so I can not comment on the food. Will be going back to give the food a try. On dessert , aesthetic, and service, I say 10/10 enjoyable!!

I went this past weekend with my boyfriend and we had an amazing time! The service was exceptional! We enjoyed the sparkling cherry soda and rootbeer, but our favorite was the Fruity Godmother spiked milkshake. It’s our new favorite place. We will definitely be back!!

Really cool atmosphere, like stepping back in time to the 1950’s. The hand mixed sodas are good – I had the apple soda it was great. The burgers and fries were fresh and well done too. It was super busy so our order took some time. Admittedly it was a Sunday afternoon with perfect weather – so it being busy wasn’t unexpected.
